Suncoast Pilates, a fully equipped Pilates studio in Palm Harbor Florida, offers Pilates equipment instruction and personal training.  Now celebrating our fifteenth year of reshaping clients in North Pinellas, Suncoast serves the Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Dunedin, Oldsmar, Holiday, Countryside, Tarpon Springs, Eastlake, Safety Harbor, Ozona, Holiday and Tampa, Florida area.

  The studio specializes in Pilates equipment training in private, one-on-one sessions, offered in a serene, non-gym environment, scheduled at a time of your convenience.  Pilates instructors are available from early morning through evening and with some weekend availability. For those who have a friend or partner, the studio offers duo sessions.  For those who desire a group environment, the studio offers a limited selection of group Pilates equipment sessions on select days and times for experienced Pilates clients. For individuals with back, neck, knee, wrist, shoulder issues or any orthopedic issues or injuries, privates are highly recommended.

Suncoast Pilates now offers Balanced Body Pilates Instructor training and a full certification program as well as Pilates continuing education.
